User Training
To realize the most benefit from your technology investment, user training is very important. And not just training that “blankets” the basic features of a software program. Users need to be trained to perform the specific tasks required to meet the company’s objectives for the implementation of the software. We work with our clients to assess their staff’s current knowledge level, define their needs and goals, and develop a training plan to achieve those goals.

Technical Support
We provide technical support to our clients on the software and hardware products we recommend and implement. Our goal is to provide our clients solutions to their technical problems in the shortest possible time and with up-to-date product knowledge. Our staff continually updates their product knowledge through various training and certification processes. We offer our technical support services on-site, by phone, fax or email.
